The training base is in Banan Yunzhuan Mountain, where the environment is elegant and the air is fresh. We have carried out training programs such as back fall, excellent circle, air grab bar, outstanding encirclement and graduation strength. Among them, many employees have overcome their inner fear of fear of being higher, bravely participated, challenged themselves, and finally surpassed themselves in personal projects such as backfall, circle of excellence, outstanding encirclement, strong graduation and other team cooperation projects. We all work together to help and encourage each other for this team, which is very good.

We all work together to help and encourage each other for this team, and have completed the training project very well, especially the final graduation wall, all of them were required to climb a 4.2-meter wall without any auxiliary tools and no one to speak. Everyone relied on the commander-in-chief of Mr. Wang, stepping on the ladder built by his colleagues, and the colleagues who went up pulled hard and quickly with tacit understanding. It only took more than ten minutes to complete the challenge. Everyone shed tears excitedly and the scene was very touching.
Through this expansion, we realized that we are a very good team, with very good leaders and very good employees.
